About the HSL team in Region East.
The HSL Team is responsible for healthcare for our 12 units in Östergötland, located in the municipalities of Linköping, Motala, Norrköping, and Söderköping. The HSL Team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists responsible for healthcare interventions for the operations. The HSL Team's management structure consists of 2 group managers and a unit manager who also works clinically at the operations.
About the role
As a physiotherapist, you are part of a team together with occupational therapists, nurses, and care staff. Together, your task is to provide quality of life. You see every individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs.
In the role of physiotherapist, you find, together with the residents, the best ways to use their own abilities in everyday life. You support and motivate the individuals to develop and maintain their mobility themselves. The HSL Team works function-preserving with daily rehabilitation. This often means that you:
Examine, assess, and treat the residents' movement problems and functional impairments.
Test and prescribe medical aids.
Work preventively by educating other employees in transfer techniques to avoid strain injuries.

Start date: According to agreement during recruitment.
