The Role

The position of Nursing Assistant in Home Care in Skara is both varied and meaningful. You will play a central role in supporting our care recipients in their daily lives and ensuring they receive the care and support they need. Your duties will include:

• Performing nursing tasks such as personal hygiene, meal support, and medication administration
• Creating a safe and positive environment for our care recipients
• Working in close collaboration with other caregivers and professionals to ensure a holistic solution for our care recipients
• Participating in activities and social interaction to promote well-being and comfort in the care situation
• Documenting and reporting changes in the care recipient's health status or needs

Qualifications

To become part of our team at Home Care in Skara, we are looking for you who have a passion for working in healthcare and social care.

• Education as a Nursing Assistant (Undersköterska)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Experience in similar work within home healthcare or elderly care
• Good communication skills and empathy
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team to create security and quality in care
• Flexibility and sense of responsibility, as working hours may vary
• Practical and organizational skills to plan and execute tasks efficiently

We value positive attitudes and a desire to continuously develop within the profession. Personal suitability is given great weight.
