We now welcome you, as a Specialist Nurse Assistant, to our cozy senior living facility, Bantorget.
In the role of Specialist Nurse Assistant at Forenede Care, you work to provide excellent care, service, and support to our residents. Here, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. Together with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, you help shape the future of elderly care. Bantorget is a specialized housing facility focusing on dementia/somatic care and has 50 places. The facility is centrally located, directly opposite Linköping Station. Parking is easily available at our nearby spots below the building. The facility is situated in beautiful surroundings with a large green park just outside.

In the role of Specialist Nurse Assistant, you provide care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. Your tasks include helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is a crucial part of our work, ensuring all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can range from chatting, playing games, going on excursions, taking a bike ride, or finding fun activities to do together. You also handle delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication management and rehabilitation.
Job Description
We are currently seeking 2 colleagues for permanent positions with a 6-month probation period. The employment rate is between 75–100%. Recruitment is ongoing.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a Nurse Assistant.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Further education as a Specialist Nurse Assistant with a focus on dementia, elderly care, and palliative care.
Previous experience in elderly care and dementia care is considered an asset.
To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings. You are skilled at building good relationships and are service-oriented. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you feel comfortable in both environments.
Before offering employment, you will be required to show an unopened extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
