• Work on Calypso Accounting business development needed to support the implementation of Calypso, new initiatives, and products.

• Handle and own Calypso Accounting Problem Tickets.

• Analyze business needs/opportunities and transform them into requirements.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders, Vendors, and other development teams.

• Support feature preparation.

• Facilitate beneficial Team events (Scrum, Kanban, DSUs, workshops) when needed or requested.

• The role also includes driving continuous improvements and managing dependencies.

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree.

• Extensive experience and knowledge of the Calypso system is a must.

• Strong understanding of FX (Foreign Exchange), Fixed Income (FI), and Equities.

• Experience in Calypso Accounting and Hedge Accounting is considered an asset. Candidates who possess this knowledge are encouraged to highlight their expertise in their application.

• Experience with Agile frameworks.

• Interest in planning and leading others.

• Proactivity and eagerness to learn is a must.

• Great team player with good communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge and is interested in leading colleagues.
