About the job

As a Scrum Master for the teams within cybersecurity and IT architecture, you ensure an efficient agile working method and support product owners, architects, and specialists in delivering high-quality results. You facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, and contribute to developing FI's overarching agile working methods. You create a secure collaboration climate and make the team's results and progress visible.

You are a key person in the work with both architecture and cybersecurity issues. In addition to the Scrum Master role, you are given the opportunity to contribute to other parts of the operations, for example by moderating meetings or leading project initiatives when needed.

The working time is shared between both teams. You represent the areas in relevant forums, identify needs at an early stage, and create good conditions for proactive and well-planned deliveries. You are driven, proactive, and quick to grasp new issues.

Your education and experience

• Have knowledge and experience working with teams that have had delivery responsibility for both architecture and cybersecurity.
• We are looking for someone who is confident in the basics of agile working methods and has experience as a Scrum Master, project manager, team lead, or similar.
• Have experience and knowledge of creating presentation materials and support materials for different stakeholder groups.
• Have a degree in systems science or another technical field.
• Express yourself very well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you:

• Have education specifically related to agile delivery.
• Have experience being a Scrum Master for teams working in complex environments with multiple deliveries and dependencies.
• Have experience with different levels of classified data.
• Have experience with agile work and/or the SAFe framework.
