Your Role
The role is broad and varied. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support, coordinate, and drive marketing initiatives within the organization. Your tasks range from planning and executing trade shows and campaigns to producing content for various channels and languages, coordinating agencies and freelancers, and ensuring the sales team has what they need for customer interactions.
Main Responsibilities:
Planning, Coordination, and Collaboration:
- Coordinate ongoing marketing activities and ensure that events, campaigns, and materials are executed according to plan.
- Receive and prioritize marketing needs from sales, product, and other departments.
- Brief and coordinate agencies, freelancers, and other external partners, and follow up on deliveries against timelines and quality standards.
Events and Trade Shows:
- Coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up.
Product Launches:
- Support the planning and execution of launches across our channels.
- Create campaign and launch content for product introductions.
Production and Content:
- Produce and adapt content for different channels, languages, and target groups, such as text, images, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Produce and update sales support materials such as presentations and product sheets.
Social Media and Web:
- Manage ongoing publishing on social media and track engagement.
- Publish and update content on the website and intranet.
Digital Marketing and Analytics:
- Optimize content for search and web visibility.
- Support the setup, optimization, and tracking of paid advertising.
- Produce and execute email campaigns.
- Compile reports and key metrics from campaigns.
Brand and Quality:
- Manage image libraries, templates, and brand assets.
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Your Profile
This role suits you if you have a solid foundation in marketing and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks. You work independently in your daily routine, take initiative, and have a structured approach that ensures things actually get done.
We would like you to be curious about AI and how it can be used both in marketing work and to develop new ways of working.
You have:
- 1–3 years of experience in an operational marketing role, preferably with education in marketing or communications.
- Experience coordinating internal orders and working with external suppliers.
- Very good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken, as many partners speak English.
- Good proficiency in the Office suite.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
Merits:
- Experience with sales support materials and presentations.
- Experience with event and trade show logistics.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, e.g., Litium, WordPress, etc.
- Familiarity with email and CRM tools, e.g., HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Experience with basic content production in text, image, or video, preferably with experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with web analytics and campaign tracking, e.g., Google Analytics.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and the interplay between marketing and sales.
Practical Information:
- Location: Ulricehamn.
- Scope: Full-time, 100%.
- Employment type: Permanent position with Guide, with an initial 6-month probation period.
- Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement; the right candidate takes precedence over timing.
