This position is particularly suitable for you who are studying to become a civil engineer or have equivalent education and want to gain practical experience in drawing management and get a glimpse into property management.
The Premises Management Unit, which is part of the Properties Department within the Infrastructure and Service Administration, is responsible for, among other things, the operation and maintenance of properties. The department has a clear impact on how our citizens and visitors experience their daily lives, whether it concerns work, school, or leisure activities in association premises.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS
Are you studying to become a civil engineer and want to gain practical experience in drawing management and property management? We offer a developing summer job where you will work with digitalization and revision of drawings, as well as support property managers in ongoing maintenance projects.
As a case handler, you will support the property management in ensuring current, quality-assured, and accessible drawings. The role has a clear focus on drawing management and digitalization, combined with some support in smaller maintenance projects.
You will work closely with the property managers and get a good insight into how property management works in practice.
The work assignments include, among other things:
Drawing Management and Digitalization (main part):
- Revise existing drawings based on material and, if necessary, supplemented with site visits
- Update and quality-assure drawings in a CAD/BIM environment (e.g., Revit)
- Digitalize drawings
Project Support (minor part)
- Support property managers in driving and following up on smaller maintenance projects
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are studying to become a civil engineer or have equivalent education, preferably with a focus on construction, property, or community planning.
We see that you have:
- Experience with CAD/BIM, such as Revit, is a requirement
- Good understanding of drawings within construction and property
- Good computer skills and ability to work in a structured manner
- Category B driver's license is a requirement
It is meritorious if you have:
- Previous experience in construction or property maintenance
- Experience with drawing revision or drawing management

Furthermore, you have an interest in digitalization and development within the construction and property sector.

Employment Type: Summer Job / Holiday Work.
Duration: 11 days - 3 months.
