Responsibilities

As a Property Technician at Neobo, no two days are alike.

You will have daily contact with tenants and become an important part of creating a safe and pleasant living environment. This role is suitable for you if you like taking initiative, solving problems, and working practically with varied tasks.

You will mainly work with:

• Handling defect reports and ongoing maintenance
• Contact with tenants
• Supervision and simple troubleshooting of the property's technical systems
• Regular inspection of properties and common areas
• Move-out inspections
• Administrative handling in the Vitec system

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in practical and service-oriented work, preferably from the property industry, but we also view experience from fields such as plumbing, electrical work, mechanics, or similar technical trades positively.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
