About the operations:
The principal area of Kårsta Lindholmen consists of Gustav Vasaskolan, Kårsta School, Kårsta Preschool, and Lindholmen Preschool. The schools cover preschool class to grade 6. In an stimulating environment, well-educated, engaged teachers and staff within school, after-school care, and preschool work with a focus on the well-being, abilities, and knowledge development of the children and students.
Together, we work to ensure that children and students get peace and quiet. We have varied teaching with a balance between digital learning and outdoor pedagogy combined with humor and joy, where the nature around the corner provides the best conditions for movement and recovery.
We are now looking for you who are a qualified music teacher. The position is distributed between Gustav Vasaskolan and Kårsta School with a distance of approximately 15 kilometers between the schools.
Responsibilities:
As a music teacher, you are responsible for clearly planning, implementing, and evaluating music education in grades 1–6. You have a pedagogical assignment based on current steering documents and take responsibility for ensuring that the education is safe, fun, and educational for all students. Through your commitment, you create a creative and motivating environment where the student's development is in focus. You work according to current routines for individual development plans and assessment work.
Qualifications:
- Hold a teaching license and are qualified to teach music in grades 1–6.
- Knowledge of how digitalization contributes to school development and understanding of the ongoing change process that digitalization entails.
- You master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
