As a Regional FM Project Manager at CBRE, you work in close consultation with the client and are responsible for driving and delivering various types of projects at the client's facilities. The Role of Regional FM Project Manager We are looking for you who have experience in project management in close collaboration with the client. In the role of Regional FM Project Manager, you work not only with the site in Linköping, but with all of the client's sites around Sweden, except in Stockholm. You have an advisory role and know that successful project delivery requires structure, business acumen, and good collaboration skills. The projects range from minor office adaptations and internal office moves to more complex projects related to renovations. You will have many internal contacts within CBRE - both in Sweden and internationally - within the client's organization as well as with external stakeholders such as suppliers. Travel is limited, and the majority of the work is done digitally. Your days with us will consist of the following: - Project management and delivery of facility adaptation projects of various sizes and content - Procurement of contracts, services, and equipment - Ongoing dialogue with the client regarding needs, priorities, and projects - Advising the client on both strategic and operational project issues - Responsibility for project economics, follow-up, and reporting To succeed in the role, you need a background that includes the following: - Technical background, preferably within Facility Management, construction, infrastructure, and/or installation - Documented experience in project management - Experience in procurement and supplier management - Knowledge of BAS-P and BAS-U - Knowledge of standard agreements such as AB04, ABK09, and ABT06 - Familiarity with reading drawings - experience with tools like Bluebeam is meritorious - Experience with security systems is meritorious - Good financial understanding and experience handling project economics - Good knowledge of the Office suite as well as English (corporate language) Basic Requirements You have experience in project management and preferably a technical background. You are structured, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Meritorious is knowledge within Facility Management, construction projects, or office projects, technical projects, or similar. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. We request extracts from the criminal record for individuals according to Section 9, Paragraph 1 of the Act (1998:620) on the Criminal Record Register for employment. The position requires a approved Security Clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) and an approved security clearance before an offer of permanent employment is made. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The corporate language is English. Experience in conducting dialogue with both clients, suppliers, and internal communications. Main Responsibilities: - Be a representative for CBRE towards the client and suppliers - Ensure that subcontractors' and own tasks are performed according to developed processes and routines in accordance with CBRE's environmental, health, and safety policy - Experience in project management and procurement - Knowledge of BAS-P/BAS-U and standard agreements (AB04, ABK09, ABT06) - Ability to read drawings (Bluebeam) - Placing orders and following up with subcontractors - Good financial understanding - Good knowledge of the Office suite - Travel occurs in the position.
