Your role

We are looking for an engaged teacher at the lower secondary level who wants to help drive the school forward. You will teach Swedish, Social Studies, and English in grade 4.

You will be part of a work team and a subject team where you collaborate with colleagues and are an important part of collegial learning to create new and in-depth knowledge. You will be a mentor for a class in grade 4 and have a mentor colleague in the parallel class within the same work team.

As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, documentation, assessment, and evaluation of the classes you teach.

Your qualifications and experience

We are looking for you who have high expectations for students' goal fulfillment, good pedagogical insight, and are clear and engaged to bring out the best in students.

You who apply:

• Are a certified teacher with eligibility in the subjects Swedish, Social Studies, and English at the lower secondary level.
• Have experience working with teaching in these subjects.
• Have experience with digital working methods as an enhancement in teaching.
• Master Swedish well in speech and writing.

You have a good ability to design teaching in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current knowledge requirements. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs, and you structure and adapt your teaching so that a secure and adequate learning environment is created. You involve the student in the planning and develop the student's ability to learn, both independently and together with others.

You are secure, stable, have self-awareness, and are a clear leader in the classroom. You value and create good conditions for collaboration and build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You plan, organize, prioritize, and analyze your lesson structure as well as other tasks included in your role in an effective manner.
