About the role Our client is currently building a brand new, modern heavy vehicle washing facility in Jönköping and is looking for an Operations and Service Technician to take on a key role in the business.

This is a varied position where you combine technical skills, problem-solving, and customer interaction in your daily work. You will become a vital part of the startup phase and have the opportunity to influence how the facility operates and develops from the ground up.

This role suits you if you thrive in independent work, taking technical responsibility while also serving as the natural point of contact for on-site customers.

Responsibilities As an Operations and Service Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the facility operates stably and efficiently every day. You work both practically and with a service-oriented mindset, often with great freedom in how you plan your work.

Examples of tasks include:

• Troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment
• Ensuring the washing facility's technical systems function as intended
• Assisting and guiding customers on-site
• Managing customer accounts and basic administration in business systems
• Ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and in good condition

You will become a key figure in the operations and have significant influence on daily functionality.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is social, solution-oriented, and comfortable with responsibility. You are hands-on and have a natural aptitude for technology and service.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Basic English skills

• Experience in technical maintenance or service work
• Background in workshops, industry, transport, or automation
• Previous experience from car washes or similar operations
