About the role

As a Team Leader at Verisure in Stockholm, you will have a central and varied role where you lead, support, and coach your sales team in their daily work. Most of your working day will be spent in the field together with the salespeople, where you act as a support and an inspiring force.

The role also involves:

• Personal sales while simultaneously driving the team's daily results
• Developing working methods and contributing to a strong sales culture
• Setting a clear tone for the team's work environment and camaraderie

About you

To succeed as a Team Leader, we believe you:

• Have experience in sales
• Have previous experience in leading, coaching, or inspiring others
• Have strong drive and engagement
• Are result-oriented and motivated by seeing both yourself and others succeed
• Have the ability to give and receive feedback
• Thrive in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented sales experience
• Has experience in leadership or team leadership
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Has a clean criminal record
• Can work Monday–Thursday 12:00–20:30 and Friday 10:00–19:00
