About the role

In this role as an administrator within the team, you will work closely with configuration leads across various projects. The focus is on document management, structure, and system support rather than technical development. The role is a crucial support function that creates order and efficiency in the projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Register and structure documents in the correct system
• Ensure correct metadata and document flow
• Administrative support to the Configuration Lead
• Work independently on ongoing tasks

You will be part of a larger CM-team and work in an open-plan office, usually linked to a specific project.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative work within system environments
• Proficiency in business or operational systems
• Very good Swedish and English language skills
• Meticulous and structured

The assignment is classified. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security clearance check and be approved according to current security protection regulations. This may entail citizenship requirements.
