We are currently looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Hotel Receptionist for Livington Hotel in Vinsta/Vällingby.
Livington Hotel is a modern hotel with 105 rooms. This is a permanent position with varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.
We use the PMS system Mews and the Vingcard lock system. Our employees are covered by a collective agreement, and salaries are paid according to the agreement.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include standard reception duties such as booking, room allocation, check-in and check-out, sales, and room service. The role also involves serving food and beverages and assisting with breakfast service. We are looking for flexible employees who can work both weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with booking systems (we use Mews).
- Service-oriented, stress-resistant, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in hotel reception (several years of experience is a plus).
