We are looking for a Production Specialist in Bridge Technology for the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket).

This is a consultancy assignment. The location is selectable between Luleå or Gällivare.

The position is 50–70% of a full-time role.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

As a Production Specialist in Bridge Technology, you are responsible for contract follow-up of contracting works within bridge and building structure maintenance. The role involves supporting project management in ensuring client responsibility, requirement compliance, quality, working environment, environment, and progress through controls, follow-ups, and technical review of the contractor's work.

Responsibilities

• Establish and follow up on control programs, control plans, and checklists for design and production.
• Review design descriptions, control programs, work preparations, risk management, and contractor documentation.
• Perform site inspections and follow up on quality, execution, quantities, schedules, and economy.
• Participate in construction meetings, inspections, witness tests, rounds, and coordination meetings.
• Prepare decision support for Additional Works (ÄTA) as well as quantity and cost adjustments.
• Follow up on utility owners' works and the contractor's verifications, testing, and controls.
• Ensure that products, materials, and deliveries meet contract requirements, standards, and certification requirements.
• Follow up on relationship documents, administration documents, as well as operation and maintenance documentation.
• Report follow-up results and site inspections to project management.
• Review structural reports, participate in structural start-up meetings, and conduct main inspections of structures.
• Be responsible for environmental security, environmental follow-up, and documentation according to current requirements.
• Follow up on protective devices, working environment, traffic safety, and BAS-U (Work Environment Coordinator during Construction) through regular rounds.
• Ensure delivery of administration data, final documentation, and working environment documentation prior to project handover.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Valid B driver's license.
• At least 3 years of work experience (as a construction manager or in a supervisory role such as production manager, foreman, site manager, site inspector, or equivalent) in Bridge Technology. The work experience must not be older than 10 years.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations as well as standards and directives within the relevant area.
• Requirement for work experience from at least 2 contracts with a total turnover of at least 6 MSEK per contract. The contracts must have included work on structures.
• Valid Concrete Class II certification or higher.
