About the Role

As a Technical Property Manager, your focus will be on the well-being and long-term sustainability of our buildings, and your construction technical knowledge will be a welcome contribution to the Helsingborg management. Together with our other Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for investigating, handling, and restoring damages in our portfolio. You have an understanding of the whole picture in property management, which helps you to prioritize and make the best decisions based on the situation. A driver's license is also required for the role.

We are looking for a team player who likes challenges and is motivated by being able to make a difference. To thrive with us, we believe you are unpretentious and curious to learn new things and develop. You don't mind picking up the phone for a customer or helping a colleague who needs your help, and you value relationships highly with both customers, colleagues, and contractors.

Willhem's Offer

At Willhem, you are welcomed into a forward-looking company where you will have significant responsibility and opportunities to influence our operations forward. Your ideas will be taken into account, and we are fearless and happy to test new paths forward. If you advocate "the team before the individual," you will thrive with us. We offer a generous wellness allowance, private health insurance, competence development, and regular well-being activities.
