Aleido continues to grow within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)! We are now looking for an ILS Engineer, preferably with a background in the defense industry, who wants to work with advanced systems in environments where quality and traceability throughout the product's entire lifecycle are crucial.

About the Role

As an ILS Engineer at Aleido, you will work with lifecycle support and maintenance strategies for high-tech systems. The role requires an understanding of the systems' technical functions and operational use, involving close collaboration with maintenance organizations, systems engineers, designers, and project teams. You will also interact with end customers, users, and subcontractors, which demands strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Analyses regarding reliability, maintenance, and lifecycle costs (e.g., FMECA, MTBF)
• Structuring and quality assurance of technical system data
• Technical documentation for maintenance and repair

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience as an ILS Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with a relevant technical background
• Experience in technical analysis and systems thinking
• A structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Swedish citizenship

Plus:

• Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces or the defense industry
• Familiarity with CAD, PLM, or technical illustration tools
