ProCivitas aims to be Sweden's best upper secondary school. At ProCivitas, we are keen on creating an excellent environment that attracts well-educated teachers and motivated students. ProCivitas has strong ties to the local business community. A large number of guest lectures and a dedicated mentor from the business world for each student aim to create drive and motivation among our students. This drive is reflected in us becoming Swedish Champions in Young Enterprise on several occasions, as well as receiving a number of other awards.

In the autumn of 2017, ProCivitas Stockholm opened, following the successful concept established by the previous sister schools in Helsingborg, Malmö, Växjö, and Lund. In a short time, we have established a very well-functioning operation with high demand, satisfied students, and guardians. We offer the Economics Programme, the Social Sciences Programme, and the Natural Sciences Programme, and during the 2025/26 academic year, we have over 600 students at the school. We moved into newly built and modern facilities at Campus Södermalm on Tullgårdsgatan 12 ahead of the 2022/23 academic year. The campus houses four upper secondary schools. In August 2023, our school received the results from the quality review conducted by the Swedish Schools Inspectorate, which regularly inspects schools in Sweden. A school's working methods are assessed by the Inspectorate in four areas: Principal's Leadership, Teaching, Safety and Study Environment, and Assessment and Grading. Within each area, it is assessed whether the school meets the Inspectorate's quality criteria to a high extent, in several parts, or to a low extent. For the 2026/27 academic year, we are looking for a teacher qualified in Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The position is a permanent full-time employment (with a 6-month probationary period) starting from August 6, 2026.

We are looking for you, a qualified teacher, who is passionate about your profession and about ensuring all your students succeed. You can navigate between the individual and the group by being flexible and varying your teaching. You work formatively, always see opportunities and new solutions to problems, and enjoy taking responsibility for both students' knowledge development and the school's continuous improvement work. You are organized and clearly communicate to students what the goal is and how you will work together to achieve it. You are highly knowledgeable in your subjects and likely have a network of contacts outside the school world. You are a good leader who, with a relational approach, both inspires and energizes your students.

You have excellent computer skills and work digitally every day with shared documents, calendars, and planning, both with students and colleagues. We work in a Google environment (Google Classroom) and Schoolsoft.
