About the Position

The Primary Care Area North consists of health centers in Ersboda, Mariehem, Sävar, and Robertsfors. This position is based at Ersboda Health Center, although work at other health centers may occur. Ersboda Health Center is characterized by a forward-looking attitude, competent staff, and a strong interest in development and change management. Work environment is a prioritized area.

We are now looking for a Specialist Physician in General Practice for Ersboda Health Center!

Responsibilities

As a specialist physician with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that makes people feel secure. The specialty of general practice is characterized by the meeting with the patient throughout their life. Competence includes meeting people of all ages with all kinds of health-related problems and independently assessing and treating them.

As a specialist, you are expected to support doctors in training in their ongoing work and provide supervision during allocated supervision time. You are also expected to be an active part of the medical team's and health center's meetings, dialogues, and improvement work.

Supervision of trainee doctors and medical students is an important part of the job. On-call and backup duty at the Primary Care Emergency Service is included.

Qualifications

For this job, you must be a licensed specialist in general practice with experience in primary care. Interest in supervising students and trainee doctors is also important.

You are a present and positive person who, with expert knowledge and care, sees the patient and contributes to a holistic view that makes the care process better and safer. You enjoy collaborating and being there for other people. You have experience working in teams.
