Your role as a Pharmacist at Kronans Apotek Backen Health Centre in Umeå

We are looking for an engaged and goal-oriented pharmacist for our pharmacy at Backen Health Centre in Umeå. The pharmacy is located directly adjacent to the health centre, which creates close collaboration with healthcare services and provides the opportunity to make a real difference for our customers every day. Our pharmacy has a strong local anchoring and close collaboration with both healthcare and care operations in the area, as well as several nursing homes. Here, you will meet a broad customer base ranging from families with children to elderly patients and self-care customers. We are a small pharmacy with a strong team spirit where every employee plays an important role in the development of the business and the customer experience. You will become part of a competent and collaborative team consisting of two pharmacists who jointly take responsibility for the pharmacy and contribute to high-quality customer experiences.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medicines and self-care products to working with inventory, campaigns, quality work, and development. The role also includes the following areas of responsibility and tasks:

• Dispense the correct medication to each customer and offer professional patient advice while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
• Promote participation and good collaboration within the pharmacy and, together with colleagues, create a positive group dynamic.

The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00. We offer a permanent full-time position, and you are welcome to join Pharmacy Manager Ensieh Koohkan's team. Start date according to agreement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing chemist (receptarie) or pharmacist.
