Education Administration is looking for a Music Teacher at Regnbågens Skola and Munkeboskolan

The Education Administration is responsible for all operations within the municipality's preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, after-school centers, upper secondary schools, and adult education.

Regnbågens Skola and Munkeboskolan are our adapted primary schools, offering both education and after-school activities in a safe and developmental environment. The operations comprise approximately 110 students and 90 dedicated employees, creating good conditions for close collaboration and individualized support.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and analyze music education. Assess students' knowledge development and document their learning in accordance with current regulatory documents.
• Plan and be responsible for the school's joint activities, such as Christmas celebrations, school graduations, and other holidays.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, student assistants, and other staff to create a safe and developmental learning environment for the students.

The position covers approximately 70% music teaching with the possibility of combining with resource duties up to full-time (100%), based on the needs of the operations and the applicant's wishes.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher with qualifications in music.
• Experience working in adapted primary schools or with students in need of special support is meritorious.
• Good ability to adapt teaching based on individual needs.
• Knowledge of NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) and Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) is meritorious.
