Job Description

As a nurse with us, you are a key person in the team and in the development of the care we provide. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing, health, and medical care interventions for patients with varying conditions. You will experience a broad range of tasks in your job, from wound dressings and injections to sample collection, palliative care, medication management, and more. You work closely with patients and their relatives, focusing on a health-promoting and consultative approach. Together with other nurses, you are responsible for supervising, delegating to, and supporting the nursing staff.

The home healthcare service consists of nurses in special housing, ordinary housing, short-term units, and LSS (support and service for persons with certain functional impairments). Our operations are characterized by good cohesion within the staff, high quality of care, and family-like relationships between employees and users. We now want to complete our team with you as a nurse.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you also have specialized training or experience in home healthcare or dementia, we see this as a great advantage, but it is not a requirement. You express yourself easily in speech and writing in Swedish, and you have good computer skills for documentation. A driver's license is required. Experience with the medical record system Viva is also meritorious.
