About the job

We are looking for you who want a stimulating and developing job. As care staff with us, you will have a varied job involving many contact areas. Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you contribute to good care and support for the users in their homes. You will work with care adapted to the individual's needs. This can include, among other things, social and physical activities, both individually and in groups. In your work, you help the user with health and medical interventions as well as rehabilitative interventions prescribed by a nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist.

Who are you

We are looking for you who take responsibility for your tasks with the user's best interests in focus and who are keen on completing the work you have started. As a person, you have the ability to take initiative and create trusting relationships based on care and empathy. You work independently and have good collaboration skills as you actively participate in teamwork.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good reading comprehension.
• Basic digital competence.
• Driving license.

Other information

• You will work scheduled hours such as days, evenings, and weekends. The position is a permanent full-time (100%) employment.
• Your primary workplace will be the Tolsjö unit, but you are employed in the entire Social Welfare Sector of the Municipality of Lidköping, which means you may occasionally work at several different units.
• Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
• Selection takes place continuously during the recruitment period.

Certificate of Conduct

In connection with an offer of employment, you as a candidate are required to present a certificate of conduct for work in any of the following areas: school or preschool, work with children in activities other than school and childcare, work with children under the LSS Act, work in or in connection with HVB homes (residential homes for youth), work with the elderly or persons with disabilities. You order the certificate via the Police website. The certificate must be presented before employment can begin.
