Prinsen is now looking for a Sous Chef – a central role where you both cook at a high level and help drive the kitchen forward together with the Head Chef. At Prinsen, the kitchen is the heart, and as Sous Chef, you are one of the most important cogs in the machine.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the chefs in their daily work.
• Be responsible for mise en place, quality assurance, and service.
• Participate in menu planning and ingredient ordering.
• Act as the Head Chef's right hand and take responsibility in their absence.
• Ensure that hygiene, cleanliness, and efficiency routines are followed.

• Has extensive experience from high-level kitchen work.
• Is confident in both the leadership role and practical work in the kitchen.
• Has structure, order, and can inspire others.
• Thrives with responsibility, communication, and problem-solving in everyday life.
