• Scope: Full-time, but part-time (75-100%) may also be an option.

You will be employed by Poolia but work on-site at the client's location. There are limited opportunities for remote work.

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the strategic digitalization project "One Way In for Educators – Simplified Login and Cohesive Digital Work Environment" within Object Education in Huddinge Municipality. The project aims to simplify educators' digital daily lives through a more cohesive, secure, and user-friendly digital work environment, focusing on identity management, federated identity, and Single Sign-On (SSO) between Microsoft and Google environments.

The project covers several operational areas within the education administration and is carried out in close collaboration between operations, IT, information security, and external partners.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the project from planning through implementation, pilot phase, and handover to the administration. The assignment includes project governance, coordination of dependencies, risk management, progress tracking, stakeholder anchoring, and reporting to the steering group and project owner.

Main Responsibilities

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Leading and coordinating the project's activities and resources.
• Driving collaboration between operations, IT, architecture, and information security.
• Coordinating issues related to identity management, IAM, and SSO.
• Planning and conducting workshops, decision forums, and pilot operations.
• Ensuring documentation, follow-up, and handover.

The Project Manager will also coordinate and consolidate a smaller number of related initiatives within the education administration's digitalization work.

The assignment requires a high ability to independently drive complex projects with many stakeholders and dependencies, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with existing structures, goals, and ongoing work.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the assignment, you must meet the following criteria:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Economics education or equivalent relevant education as specified by the client.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex IT-related projects.
• At least 2 years of experience leading complex digitalization and IT projects in large organizations within the public sector.
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects in environments using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• At least 2 years of experience working within municipal school organizations, thereby possessing good knowledge of school operations and activities.
• At least 1 year of experience with projects related to identity management, federated identity, IAM, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

During the evaluation, competence and experience exceeding the stated minimum levels in the must-have requirements will also be considered as part of the overall assessment.

• Very good ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
• Very good ability to collaborate between operations, IT, information security, and external suppliers.
• Good analytical skills and ability to handle complex issues.
• Good ability to build trust and relationships with various stakeholders.
• Good pedagogical skills and experience communicating with both operations and technical functions.
• Good ability and flexibility to quickly familiarize oneself with new operations.

Having had a similar project for another municipality is, of course, an advantage.
