Viktor Rydberg Gymnasium in Sundbyberg and Campus Viktor Rydberg are now looking for an engaged and certified teacher in Civics and Mathematics for an exciting and varied position at 70% during the period August 2026–June 2027.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach in two different school environments – both in Sundbyberg and at the Campus located on Odenplan. Here you are offered a dynamic daily routine where you get to inspire, develop, and motivate students together with engaged colleagues.

The operations of the Viktor Rydberg Schools Foundation are innovative and characterized by high quality and a passion for learning – for both students and staff. We learn together and thereby reach further. Viktor Rydberg Schools consists of three upper secondary schools and four primary schools, with the latest primary school starting in August 2021 in Fisksätra. As the organization grows, you will have great opportunities for positions at several of our schools.

You are a competent and engaged teacher with a strong ability to meet each individual student with passion and commitment. You understand the importance of teaching being creative and stimulating, while also being grounded in research and proven methods. You are unpretentious and curious, and you share your knowledge with others. You thrive in a changing environment with an entrepreneurial spirit, where initiative and collaboration are highly valued. The Viktor Rydberg Schools Foundation is an organization driven by a clear and stated vision and operational idea, which is that we want to be at the forefront of pedagogical development and contribute to improving the Swedish school system as a whole. Therefore, we give great pedagogical freedom to our employees, whose ideas help drive the operations forward, complemented by careful evaluation and follow-up. The students' stated and implied needs, wishes, and expectations are guiding for the operations. Each school has its own management team, which provides short decision-making paths and contributes to a creative work environment. The Foundation has long experience in applying IT, both pedagogically and administratively, and provides the systems and technical tools that our staff need in all aspects of their work.
