We are now looking for an occupational therapist who wants to expand our home rehabilitation team and continue to develop with us.

In our team, there are opportunities to develop in several areas, such as cognition, where we use Mindmore as a tool. We also work with helping children with NPD diagnoses.

Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Activity and function assessment, investigation/training, advice and support regarding self-care, prescription of assistive devices, and information about products and technology.
• Cognitive assessments using Mindmore.
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers, supervision and support for relatives and care staff, as well as supervision of students.
• The work takes place primarily in the patient's home.

Documentation is done in the journal system Take Care.

Employment Type:

Permanent position. Full-time. Probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Category B driver's license.
• Experience in primary care is an advantage.

In patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council:

• A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
• Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
• Swedish professional license is required, in addition to good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
