This is a fixed-term position starting immediately, initially for 3 months with a possibility of extension. The location is in Tumba.

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a central role in daily sales operations, acting as a key link between customers, field sales representatives, and internal functions.

You work operationally to ensure that the order and quotation process runs smoothly and professionally, while contributing to a high level of service and a positive customer experience.

In this role, you have daily contact with customers via phone and email, handling inquiries regarding products, prices, and deliveries. You also support field sales representatives in business processes and collaborate closely with departments such as warehousing and purchasing.

The work involves a fast pace with many parallel tasks, requiring structure, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured and service-oriented. You have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy working closely with the business, even in an administrative role. You are communicative, responsible, and have the ability to quickly get up to speed with new tasks, which is especially important given the immediate need.

We see that you:

• Have experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management, or are currently studying at a university such as KTH or another technical institution.
• Are accustomed to working in business systems and possess strong administrative skills.
• Have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have an interest in technology (meritorious).
