ProCivitas Karlberg is growing! ProCivitas Karlberg is a school in strong growth with approximately 505 students distributed across the Economics, Natural Science, and Social Science programs. For the 2026/2027 school year, we are expanding further and are now seeking a certified teacher in Swedish, preferably in combination with Social Studies and Spanish, who wants to join us in continuing to develop our school.

We are seeking someone with high competence in both learning and pedagogical leadership, who always puts the student at the center. You combine academic sharpness with a clear connection to the outside world and create teaching that develops students' analytical thinking, linguistic abilities, and understanding of the role of literature and culture in society. With you, Swedish becomes a tool to explore, understand, and explain the world, while simultaneously preparing students for further academic studies.

We work based on our core pillars: professionalism, relationships, and real-world connection. You plan your teaching with structure and engagement, and are happy to use guest lecturers, study visits, or case studies to bring the content to life and spark curiosity.

We are looking for a certified upper secondary school teacher in Swedish, preferably in combination with Social Studies and Spanish, who:

• Creates varied teaching that challenges students to deeper understanding through real-world problem scenarios.
• Has the pedagogical tools to adjust teaching based on students' needs and prior knowledge.
• Combines secure, trust-based relationships with high expectations and structured, teacher-led instruction.
• Works actively with feedback and frequent check-ins in line with the intentions of GY25.
• Is skilled in digital environments and curiously explores AI as a pedagogical tool.
• Sees classroom observations and joint planning as a natural part of developing the craft of teaching.
