About the role:

In this role, you will become part of a high-tech operation driving the development of future marine systems. You will work alongside engaged colleagues with varying levels of experience, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key parts of daily life.

The work involves close contact with both internal and external stakeholders, and you will play a central role in contributing to the development of complex system solutions. Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and management of technical systems for the next generation of submarines
• Contribute with analysis, problem-solving, and technical expertise in projects
• Collaborate with internal functions, suppliers, and other external parties
• Ensure that solutions meet high demands for quality and reliability

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a corresponding technical field
• Has at least 1 year of work experience in a relevant area (e.g., from roles such as System Engineer or Mechanical Design Engineer)
• Is communicative, outgoing, and has an easy time building relationships – you thrive in team collaboration and working with various stakeholders
• Fluently speaks and writes both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in contact with internal and external parties

This position requires approval in a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The post requires that you undergo and are approved according to current regulations for security protection.

It is not necessary, but meritorious if you have:

• Experience from the defense industry or other security-classified operations
• Previous experience in system development, analysis, or work in cross-functional project teams
