Your new role

We are now looking for a Service Desk Agent for a consultancy assignment with our client in Malmö.

This is a role for you who thrives on providing service, solving technical problems, and helping users in their daily work. As a Service Desk Agent, you will primarily work with user support, troubleshooting, and account management. You will also provide support related to hardware used in conjunction with the client's system solutions.

The telephone and ticketing systems will be your main work tools, and you will continuously receive, handle, and follow up on incoming tickets. This role suits you if you are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy working closely with users who have varying technical questions.

Your main responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Troubleshooting technical problems.
• Account management.
• Providing support regarding hardware used together with the company's system solutions.
• Working via telephone and ticketing systems.
• Responding to incoming tickets on an ongoing basis.
• Troubleshooting network equipment.
• Handling simpler technical questions.
• Providing user support and service to customers.

To be successful in this role, you need

• You have experience from helpdesk, service desk, or IT support.
• You have experience in user support and technical troubleshooting.
• You are comfortable working via telephone and ticketing systems.
• You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
