About the Role
As a Process Operator with QC responsibility, you are responsible for monitoring and operating production equipment within processing and packaging, ensuring that production is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to our high quality and food safety requirements.
The role combines operational production with quality control (QC), where you actively work with sampling, documentation, and follow-up of quality parameters in production.
Responsibilities
- Operation and monitoring of process and packaging equipment
- Ensuring production follows production plans and specifications
- Performing quality controls and documenting results
- Registering production data, temperatures, and batch information
- Ensuring high standards in hygiene and food safety according to HACCP and GMP
- Inspecting products and equipment to ensure quality and operational reliability
- Performing cleaning and sanitization of equipment according to CIP/COP procedures
- Identifying and reporting mechanical issues or production deviations
- Reporting deviations, risks, and observations that may affect product safety, quality, working environment, environment, or legal requirements
- Collaborating with maintenance and production teams for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Following company instructions, procedures, and safety regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned within the department and company
QC Responsibilities
- Sampling and quality controls
- Documentation and follow-up of results
- Deviation management and reporting
- Control of hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and internal quality procedures
We are looking for someone who has
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience from food production or process industry is an advantage
- Basic technical and mechanical understanding of production equipment
- Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
- Basic computer skills in Office suite and preferably ERP systems/Microsoft
- Experience with SharePoint is an advantage

Swedish – Very good level

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Work takes place in a temperature-controlled production environment
- Standing work for extended periods is common
- Shift work including evenings and weekends may occur
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to lift up to 20–25 kg
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
