We are now looking for an engaged and driven Service Advisor for Din Bil.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you are the link between the customer and the workshop. You are responsible for providing customers with a professional and warm welcome throughout the entire service process – from booking and reception to follow-up and vehicle delivery.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving and assisting customers at the service desk
• Scheduling and booking workshop services
• Preparing cost estimates and work orders
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and technicians
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality in every case
• Working administratively in various systems related to service and workshop operations

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and able to handle stress
• Have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers
• Have a strong service mindset and a professional attitude
• Fluently speak and write both Swedish and English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or work within the automotive industry is considered an asset.
