As a Customer Service Representative at Tre, you play a key role; you are the ear to the ground and the first point of contact for our customers. In your role, you primarily handle incoming calls via phone, but also manage cases via email. You will work in a great team environment where you together take ownership of our customers' cases and ensure that all situations are resolved in the best possible way by offering our customers the best service and a friendly, professional attitude. Upselling will be a natural part of your work, and you will also have excellent opportunities to develop and deepen your knowledge in the field.

For the role, you must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage.
Some practical information
- The position is a permanent employment at 80% or 100% starting in August.
- We offer a fixed base salary, commission, and a monthly bonus.
- You will work from our nice office building at the Globen area in Stockholm. Our opening hours are Monday–Friday 09:00–18:15, and you are scheduled based on the business's staffing needs.
