Do you want to work in a technically advanced and highly automated industrial environment where problem-solving, automation, and maintenance are the focus? We are now looking for an Industrial Electrician/Automation Technician for Clas Ohlson's distribution center in Insjön.

Here you will become part of an engaged maintenance team working to ensure operations in a modern logistics facility featuring a fully automated pallet crane warehouse, miniload systems, conveyor systems, and advanced automation solutions. The role is varied and combines corrective and preventive maintenance in a business where the pace is occasionally high and collaboration is a key part of daily life.

We are looking for you who have experience from industrial operations, preferably within the process industry, and who enjoy working operationally close to production. You will work both independently and together with mechanics and other colleagues in the maintenance team to keep the facility running and contribute to world-class maintenance.

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on automated facilities and production equipment

• Troubleshoot and work with PLCs, control systems, and industrial electrical components

• Participate in planning and developing maintenance work together with the team

• Collaborate with mechanics and other functions to ensure high operational reliability

• Work actively with improvements, documentation, and maintenance systems

Location: Insjön

Employment: Full-time

Working Hours: Two-shift system with scheduled weekend work. Over a three-week period, you will complete a full shift cycle with a total of nine days off.

You are a solution-oriented and driven person who thrives in a role where you take significant personal responsibility. You have a technical interest and enjoy working practically with troubleshooting and maintenance in an environment where no two days are alike.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are structured, proactive, and have an easy time collaborating with others. At the same time, you are self-reliant and confident in prioritizing and making decisions when the situation requires it. You have an open and positive attitude and contribute to good teamwork.

• Experience as an industrial electrician, automation technician, or similar role within industry/process industry

• Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and industrial electrical installations

• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance

• Good understanding of reading drawings and technical documentation

• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Experience from the process industry or highly automated facilities

• Knowledge in programming and automation

• Forklift license or experience with working at heights

• Mechanical knowledge and experience supporting mechanical maintenance
