About the Role

As a Property Technician at Nabo, you play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance of the property. You assist your customers with questions regarding property care and technical installations, meaning you are responsible for delivering services according to customer agreements or acting on corrective maintenance. In this role, you spend a lot of time out in our customers' properties, and therefore, in many cases, you are the person who first notices faults and improvement measures. In cases where you cannot solve the fault on-site, you are responsible for escalating the issue to the Property Manager or an Operations/Service Technician.

At Nabo, we work in customer teams, which means you will have several internal collaborations regarding your customers. We therefore see that you are a service-oriented person driven by contributing to the overall delivery and developing customer relationships. You are offered the opportunity to independently plan your workdays together with your customers, and you will therefore have access to your own service vehicle.

Your Previous Experience

• Experience working with property care, preferably with housing cooperatives
• Good experience working with customer relations
• Experience working with technical installations within properties
• Extra good competence in either gardening or property operations
• Good computer skills
• B Driver's License
• You need to have fluent Swedish skills and basic English skills as you will have daily contact with customers in these languages, primarily Swedish.
• If you have experience with Calculation Technology, HVAC, Electrical, and Control/Regulation, this is seen as highly meritorious for this position.
