Home Health Care is responsible for home nursing, rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices in ordinary housing for individuals over 18 years of age. We work from a person-centered approach and a holistic perspective where every patient interaction is unique and significant.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse in Home Health Care, you provide primary healthcare services for patients aged 18 and above.

You largely plan your working day, prioritizing between different tasks and taking initiative. You collaborate closely with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other key stakeholders, both within the municipality and the region, to create the best possible conditions for safe and high-quality care in the patients' own homes.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Perhaps you work part-time today or have just retired? Experience in district nursing, elderly care, or psychiatry is advantageous. You are familiar with working in digital systems and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B-driver's license is required.

You thrive in independent work while valuing collaboration and having the ability to coordinate and maintain care interventions. You work with a professional and positive attitude towards both patients and colleagues. Personal suitability is given great importance.

Lifting heavy loads occurs, and transfer aids must be used. Smoking and fur animals may be present in the workplace.

Other Information

Hourly employment (intermittent employment) with work as needed, start date by agreement. Interviews, selection, and appointments are conducted continuously.

Working hours may be scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.

Within Home Health Care, there are three geographical teams; as an hourly substitute, your work may be based in any of the teams.
