We are now looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator for a company in Norrköping

About the Role
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will become an important part of the aftermarket team and be responsible for ensuring a well-functioning spare parts flow to the workshop and customer reception. You also have a clear customer responsibility and a central role in contact with both internal and external customers.
You work closely with service advisors, technicians, and other colleagues to ensure that the right parts are available at the right time, while contributing to a professional and service-oriented customer experience.
The role involves both practical and administrative work where attention to detail, structure, and good communication are crucial.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer responsibility and daily customer contact
- Receiving customers both via phone and in person
- Ordering, receiving, and issuing spare parts
- Inventory management, stocktaking, and goods receiving
- Picking and linking spare parts to work orders
- Contact with suppliers and internal functions
- Ensuring correct registration and administration in the DMS system
- Working in Kobra DMS with article management, order flows, and inventory control
We are looking for you who
We are looking for you who have experience from spare parts work in the automotive industry and who thrive in a role with both customer contact and administrative responsibility.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Previous experience working with spare parts in the automotive industry or similar operations
- Good familiarity with working in DMS systems, with a requirement for experience in Kobra DMS
- Understanding of inventory flows, logistics, and spare parts administration
- Good computer skills and administrative ability
- A driver's license (Category B) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
