Here, you work closely with care recipients and colleagues in an operation focused on creating a safe and functional daily life based on each individual's needs.

The position is primarily based within home care, where you work independently in the care recipients' homes with a varied daily content. As part of the role, when needed, work is also performed at Tubberödshus elderly care facility. There, you work together with colleagues based on the relationship model, a working method that creates good collaboration and a clear structure in the work.

Job Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant (Undersköterska), you support care recipients in their daily lives based on individual needs. In our teams, we work closely together and share responsibility, giving you the opportunity to contribute, develop, and take on internal areas of responsibility beyond your role as a Care Assistant.

We welcome both those with long experience and those new to the profession. Here, you will receive induction, support, and good opportunities to develop in your role.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing care and services according to the implementation plan
• Supporting and activating care recipients in daily life
• Working with daily rehabilitation and personal care
• Social documentation and creating implementation plans
• Collaborating with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and managers
• Working both independently and in teams

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education from the Care and Nursing Program or other education/experience considered equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic digital competence
• Take responsibility and have the ability to work independently
• Treat others with respect, warmth, and sensitivity
• Have Bank-ID
• Hold a valid B driving license

It is an advantage if you have experience working in elderly care or home care, as well as knowledge of IBIC, BPSD, or low-affective handling. It is also an advantage if you have experience with documentation and quality work, as well as competence in dementia or psychiatry.

As a person, you are flexible and self-assured, a team player who enjoys collaborating but can also work independently.
