Aspnässkolan is a grades F-6 school with approximately 265 students, located in the heart of Jakobsberg center, close to commuter train stations and with good transport links. Job Description

We want to invest in early interventions in preschool classes to create a solid foundation for our students by strengthening the team with a primary school teacher for grades F-3. We are looking for an engaged and confident primary school teacher for lower primary school who wants to work in a multicultural environment where language development and clear structure are in focus. As a teacher here, you are responsible for laying the foundation for students' continued schooling through evidence-based teaching together with two preschool teachers. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching with a strong focus on students achieving their set goals. You help create a clear thread through the school year where students, through care, are trained in independence, confidence in their own abilities, and knowledge acquisition.

The position is a permanent role involving close collaboration with colleagues in the work team regarding planning and joint assessment, as well as active participation in the school's systematic quality work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified teacher for grades F-3.
• Have advanced knowledge in reading and writing acquisition.
• Work with language development in all subjects.
• Have a conscious and professional approach to learning goals and knowledge assessment.
• Are skilled at adapting your teaching based on the group's needs.
• Build trusting relationships with both students and guardians.
• See collegial learning and collaboration with colleagues and student health services as a prerequisite for creating the best possible pedagogical conditions for students.
• Work actively to create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment characterized by high expectations and calm.
• Are a skilled team player.
• Have good knowledge of students with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).
• Master the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing.
