We are currently looking for a Junior Data Engineer for an exciting assignment in Malmö, where you will have the opportunity to help build a modern analytics platform in Azure Cloud. You will become part of a team working closely with the business to ensure data is transformed and presented correctly.

The environment is undergoing a transformation from on-premise to a cloud-based Azure platform, offering great opportunities to work with modern data engineering, cloud technology, and developing data platforms.

This role is perfect for you if you are curious, communicative, and eager to develop within Data Engineering in a business-close environment.

• Develop and enhance data pipelines and ETL flows

• Work with data modeling and data management in Azure Cloud

• Participate in the construction of a new analytics platform based on medallion architecture

• Work with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Azure Data Factory

• Contribute to migration from on-premise to a cloud-based Azure environment

• Collaborate closely with the business and various stakeholders

• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge transfer

• Participate in agile development processes and work in Azure DevOps

• Developed and quality-assured data pipelines

• Contribution to establishing a modern Azure-based analytics platform

• Documentation of solutions and processes

• Stable and sustainable data management

• Active participation in the team's development work

• Experience with Python and SQL

• Experience with data modeling and ETL

• Experience with Azure Cloud

• Knowledge of medallion architecture

• Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Azure Data Factory

• Experience with agile working methods and Azure DevOps

• Good communication skills
