Do you enjoy working with troubleshooting and maintenance? Are you handy and detail-oriented? We are now looking for staff for our tool workshop to service our injection molding tools.

Your responsibilities

In the tool workshop on our injection molding department, you will, together with your three colleagues, primarily work with maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and improvements of our injection molding tools, as well as preparing new tools for test runs.

Work at AMB has a strong focus on Lean and 5S.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are interested in working with troubleshooting and other maintenance tasks on mold tools. The position requires good fine motor skills and attention to detail. You have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus on technology or vehicles. You are accustomed to working in industry – or have worked as, for example, a mechanic. You have a technical interest, are handy, and enjoy working practically.

You thrive in a team environment and will belong to a small group of three colleagues.

As a person, you are humble and unpretentious in how you receive and give information, and you always prioritize order and cleanliness. Safety and quality are important to you, and you go the extra mile to ensure operations run smoothly.

Having worked as a toolmaker is an asset but absolutely not a requirement. It is also an asset if you have material knowledge in metal and blueprint reading skills.

You need to be able to speak and read Swedish to read regulations and blueprints.

Location and scope

The location is Broakulla. The position starts during daytime hours. The position is initially a fixed-term employment, but with a great opportunity to transition to a permanent position. Start date: ASAP. General employment terms are governed by collective agreements and local rules and agreements.
