About the role

As a dedicated service technician at Liljas, you work with modern technology and well-known brands. The role involves service work, maintenance, troubleshooting, electronics, repairs, and glass work – for brands such as Volvo, Polestar, Renault, Dacia, Isuzu, and LEVC. You are the customer's main point of contact throughout the entire process – from booking to handover – giving you great freedom to plan your days and build strong customer relationships. Naturally, we place great emphasis on onboarding to ensure you have the right conditions and feel secure in your role.

Your qualifications

We want you to enjoy working on cars, have a strong technical interest, and possess a good sense for service. You have previous experience as a car mechanic or a vehicle technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent. A valid B-driver's license is required.

You thrive in organized environments and enjoy working in a structured manner, while remaining open to change and able to adapt to new instructions, technology, information, and car models. Working towards common goals is second nature to you, and your positive attitude contributes to a good atmosphere among colleagues as well as customers.

The position is a permanent full-time role in Kalmar, with a probationary period possibly applicable.
