Your responsibilities

In the role of Field Service Planner, you are responsible for both operational and strategic planning of field resources related to global gas turbine projects. You work closely with internal and international interfaces to ensure that the right competence is in the right place at the right time.

You will become a central part of the planning flow and need to thrive on handling multiple parallel processes while driving issues forward in a clear and professional manner.

The team consists of specialists in areas such as planning, preparation, visa management, invoicing, and support for the field service organization.

Responsibilities

• Operational and strategic planning of field resources
• Coordination with internal and global interfaces
• Management of planning flows and administration in systems such as OnePM and SalesForce
• Ensuring efficient resource allocation in ongoing projects
• Collaboration with several functions within the organization

Your profile

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience within service, logistics, or planning
• Is structured and has a good ability to handle multiple parallel tasks
• Is communicative, receptive, and collaborative
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

Meritorious qualifications

• Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or a similar field
• Experience from international operations
• Knowledge of OnePM and/or SalesForce
