About the Role

We are now looking for an experienced CNC operator with strong technical competence and an independent working style. In this role, you are responsible for rigging, setting up, and monitoring CNC-controlled machines. You work with high precision and ensure that manufactured parts meet the established quality requirements.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Independent rigging and setup of machines (Turning, milling, and drilling).
• Production optimization and advanced blueprint reading.
• Quality control and measurement.
• Grading and ongoing maintenance.
• Involvement in continuous improvements.
• The production covers a wide variety of parts, primarily equipment and tools for the mining and construction industries.

The position is based on a 2-shift system with the possibility of night or weekend work, which requires flexibility.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in CNC machining who feels confident in an independent role. You are technically knowledgeable, quality-conscious, and accustomed to taking responsibility for the entire machining process – from blueprint to finished part.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Documented experience in turning and/or milling.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Merits:

• Green certificate and/or CNC training.
• Good knowledge of CNC programming.
• Experience working with complex parts and small series.
