We are looking for two experienced rental property managers for our portfolio in Helsingborg and other parts of Skåne who want to help shape the future of property management – together with us and our customers!

As a manager for our rental properties, you play a key role in developing the properties, strengthening customer relationships, and creating long-term attractive living environments for tenants. You are an important partner to our customers and ensure that the properties maintain the highest quality – both today and in the long term.

Together with an engaged and competent customer team, you drive the work forward with a focus on sustainability, structure, and quality. You work broadly and strategically – from budget responsibility and maintenance planning to follow-up, development, and happy tenants. Naturally, you ensure that laws, regulations, and requirements are met with high professionalism.

Our property portfolio is located in Helsingborg and other major cities in Skåne, where you will have a varied and dynamic daily life with significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence.

You will mainly:

• Lead and ensure the delivery of management services
• Work proactively for sustainable solutions and high customer satisfaction among tenants
• Prepare property budgets and forecasts, and follow up and analyze net operating income
• Coordinate customer teams and create efficient workflows
• Ensure that properties meet current laws, regulations, and authority requirements
• Update and develop maintenance plans, as well as procure and follow up on measures

We are looking for you who are customer-oriented and motivated by building long-term relationships.

You are an independent person who is responsible and works towards clear goals.

With your problem-solving skills and good communication style – both verbal and written – you contribute to secure collaborations and satisfied customers. Working digitally is second nature to you, and you have good computer skills.

We are looking for you who have:

• University, college, or vocational education in property management
• At least three years of experience in managing rental properties
• Extensive building technical competence with many years of experience in building technology and technical systems
• Experience in being responsible for the net operating income of properties
• Broad experience in maintenance planning and operational optimization
• Experience with management agreements, procurement, and project management
• Good knowledge of new technology such as AI, IoT, smart control systems, and digital tools for energy and operational optimization
• Class B driver's license and access to a personal car is a requirement (travel between management objects is included)

This position is a permanent full-time employment with the workplace in Helsingborg. Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.
