Education Battalion Amf 4 is now recruiting Commissars and Education Adjutants!

The Education Battalion at Amf 4 conducts basic military training for conscripts and a comprehensive training and course program for employed personnel. It is also at the Education Battalion that most of our newly graduated colleagues begin their careers to consolidate and develop their ability to lead troops and, within that framework, their leadership skills. Main Responsibilities

You will join the Education Battalion in the role of Commissar or Education Adjutant. You will become part of a team that primarily ensures that the battalion has access to the logistical resources required to conduct quality training. Your daily tasks will mainly take place at the Gothenburg Garrison, but travel and logistical support outside the Gothenburg Garrison also occur.

Below are the positions we are looking for, along with examples of tasks these roles solve:

• Commissar – supports the logistics section and its officers in planning and implementation related to logistics at the Education Battalion. Daily tasks may vary but primarily aim to supply the battalion with the resources required to conduct quality operations.
• Education Adjutant – supports the logistics section and its officers in planning related to travel planning, allowances, and other logistical needs at the Education Battalion. Daily tasks may vary but primarily aim to keep track of conscripts' travel orders, allowances, and support the logistics section's other work.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Completed basic military service (conscription).
• Category B driver's license.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, proactive, and has good analytical skills. You have good collaboration skills, where engagement and responsibility are two key words. You are accustomed to working both individually and in groups. You are stimulated by developing the logistics function, are flexible, and can quickly adapt to new conditions. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Logistical or technical background.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with systems such as PRIO, LIFT, RSF.
• Military operator certificates at all levels, e.g., truck, forklift, landing craft, heavy trailer.

Other Information

Employment Type: Full-time 100% permanent employment. Individual salary setting applies. The employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months for new hires.

Work Location: Gothenburg (business travel as well as evening and weekend duties occur).

Tests and interviews are conducted as they arise.

Start Date: As soon as possible after agreement.
