Your responsibilities

  • Drive onboarding and implementation projects for new customers
  • Be responsible for and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Work proactively to increase customer benefit and product usage
  • Identify improvement opportunities and business needs among customers
  • Coordinate dialogue between customers, product, and internal teams
  • Monitor customer usage and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of processes and working methods within Customer Success

Worth knowing

The role is internally titled Customer Account Manager and is located at Antirio's office in Solna. You will become part of the Customer Success and support team within the Commerce business area and work closely with colleagues in sales, product, and development. The organization is in an exciting phase of development where the focus is on building efficient working methods, clear processes, and a strong support culture.

Our expectations

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience from a similar role within Customer Success, account management, or onboarding, and who thrive in a customer-facing SaaS environment. You have worked at several different SaaS companies and are therefore accustomed to quickly getting up to speed with new products, businesses, systems, and customer needs. Experience with procurement processes is a plus.

You are driven by creating long-term customer relationships and work proactively to ensure customers get the maximum value from the product. We believe you are confident in driving onboarding and implementation projects, while also having a business mindset and understanding the importance of a good customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, communicative, and self-driven. You thrive in changing environments where working methods and processes continue to develop, and you find it easy to collaborate with both customers and internal teams. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and are comfortable in dialogue with various types of decision-makers and users.
