Johannesvården is part of Praktikertjänst. Professionalism, care, and innovation permeate the operations. The clinic is located in Johannesgården, in a former monastery. A unique environment with fine facilities and a good atmosphere.

Johannesvården has just over 7,200 registered patients. We have approximately 40 employees.

Johannesvården is a well-functioning unit with both a primary care clinic, Child Health Center (BVC), rehabilitation clinic, and a clinic for Young People's Mental Health (UPH).

The primary care clinic is constantly developing and has high competence and good camaraderie. We offer good, accessible, and cohesive high-quality care from the various professions in primary care within Rehab Care Choice and Primary Care Care Choice.

We have a long-standing, very well-functioning Child Health Center (BVC) operation. For many years, a very experienced BVC nurse has worked here. Due to the growth of the operation, we are in need of one more colleague.

Job Responsibilities

As a District Nurse or Child Health Nurse, you work health-promoting and preventive according to the Child Health Care Basic Program. You follow the child's development, conduct home visits for newborns, and support parents in their parenting. The work involves your own clinic, vaccinations, participation in doctor's consultations, and leading parent groups. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and other professions. You have the opportunity to influence your workday and are offered continuous competence development. You collaborate closely with Johannesvården's primary care clinic. The position is a permanent employment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with further education as a District Nurse or Child Health Nurse and have experience working at a BVC.
